Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors inside and outside the attraction
- Manage queues and provide directions or information
- Issue and collect media guides (audio headsets)
- Support visitor flow during major events and services
- Maintain health and safety standards at all times
What We’re Looking For:

- Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable working indoors/outdoors, standing/walking for long periods
