Join the team at one of the UK’s most iconic landmarks. We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals. This public-facing role is key to ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming, informative, and memorable visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors inside and outside the attraction
  • Manage queues and provide directions or information
  • Issue and collect media guides (audio headsets)
  • Support visitor flow during major events and services
  • Maintain health and safety standards at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Comfortable working indoors/outdoors, standing/walking for long periods
  • Flexibility with hours, including evenings and weekends

Desirable: Interest in British history or experience in a heritage or visitor setting.
