We are recruiting for a Team Assistant to join a busy clinical research team within a leading higher education institution. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to support the day-to-day delivery of clinical trials in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and dispatch trial materials and study documentation to participating sites.
- Maintain accurate records within trial databases and filing systems.
- Support procurement activities, including purchase orders and invoice processing.
- Prepare, collate and distribute study packs, certificates and other trial materials.
- Organise and maintain trial documentation and supplies.
- Coordinate shipments to participating sites and collaborators.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
- Attend meetings and take minutes when required.
About You:
- Previous administrative or clerical experience.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Experience using electronic filing systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Able to manage workloads effectively, work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional approach to handling confidential information.
