2 week temporary booking initially, Marketing Agency, London, £16 per hour plus holiday accrual.
London based Marketing Agency with International clients needs confident Data Manager with Advanced Excel to support the preparation for an outreach project on behalf of one of their clients. This is a temporary role to start in July for two weeks, possibly longer.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage large MS Excel Spreadsheets and prepare data for use by agents and clients.
- De-dupe (de-duplicate) large lists of delegates to understand conference registrations and agent engagement.
- Manage centralized Master Spreadsheets which power all aspects of these campaigns; and stay on top of changes over time.
- Segmenting information in order that the Manager can make informed decisions about the project progress.
Required Skills:
- MS Excel: High degree of experience / knowledge, plus databases.
- Attention to detail and deadline driven.
- Ability to understand the business logic of what is required.
- Being comfortable to work in a lively, fast moving environment.
- Ability to manage a large amount of data so agents can engage these individuals.
