Our client is looking for a Block Manager and an Assistant Block Manager to join our team with some previous experience that can work across a portfolio based in North and West London. Can be flexible if the individual has Assistant Manager or co-ordination experience and depending on salary expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Managing teams of on-site contractors – overseeing major and minor works
- Undertaking regular site visits and property inspections
- Confidently managing relationships with key stakeholders
- Managing the performance of direct reports achieving targets and standards set
- Developing and motivating direct reports
- Attend AGM’s when required (time off in Lieu will be given)
- Monitor progress, ensure timely completion, approve invoice for payment
- Organise appropriate work to resolve enquiry, gaining approval from landlord where cost might exceed preset spending limits
- Attending site and inspecting properties as necessary to assess any item requiring attention prior to instructing contractors
- Being compliant to company and ARMA regulations
- Utilise support from Property Administration to complete tasks
- Full Section 20 consultation
- Carry out inspections on the residential portfolio within any given region on an 8 weekly basis or in line with our client management agreement
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Ideally AIRPM qualified
- Forward thinking and customer focused
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years block management experience
- Section 20 exposure
- Experience of chairing AGMs
- Health and safety awareness
- Experience of dealing with section 20’s
