Job Description
Personal Assistant, Educational Organisation, London, hybrid temp role for 4-6 weeks initially with a possible extension, £18 p/h plus holiday pay
Leading London-based organisation requires a PA to support 2 Deputy Directors. With an immediate start this temporary role could be extended. This opportunity will suit those not seeking a permanent role, as it is possible it could become a long term booking.
Duties will include:
- Being first point of contact for the Deputy Directors
- Managing diaries and correspondence
- Dealing with external stakeholders and internal staff
- Secretariat meeting duties – room bookings, drafting agendas, coordinating, and circulating papers
- Some minute taking
- Following up actions and keeping updated action logs, as required
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Day to day financial support e.g. raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- High quality, accurate and well-presented word processing of letters, minutes, papers and reports
- Develop effective relationships and liaise with colleagues and external partners
Skills and experience:
- At least two years consistent PA experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
This role will be offered subject to a clear Standard DBS
