We’re working with a high-profile, purpose-led cultural organisation to find an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their People team on an interim basis through to March 2027. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HRBP/Senior HRBP who can hit the ground running, build credibility quickly and make an immediate impact. You’ll partner with senior leaders across a broad client group, providing both strategic and hands-on HR support across a busy and varied People agenda. Managing complex Employee Relations cases through to dismissal and appeal Coaching and influencing leaders to improve people management capability Supporting organisational change and people-focused projects Building strong relationships with stakeholders and trade union representatives Supporting workforce planning, talent and succession activity Using people data to inform decision-making Line managing a Junior Business Partner 3–5 years’ HRBP / Senior HRBP experience ~ Strong generalist HR and Employee Relations expertise ~ Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills ~ Previous people management experience ~ Experience supporting change, projects or organisational development ~ Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice ~ If you're an experienced HR Business Partner who is available at short notice and ready for this high profile focussed role please apply now.
