Renowned University needs experienced International Admissions Operations Manager to lead the operational delivery of the International Admissions function. This is a key leadership role focused on ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality processing of international applications across the student journey. You will manage a team of admissions professionals, oversee complex admissions decisions, and ensure service level agreements are consistently met. The role also plays a key part in delivering a smooth applicant experience during peak periods such as Clearing and Confirmation.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the International Admissions team
- Manage, support, and develop admissions staff, including supervisory roles
- Ensure applications are processed accurately and within SLA targets
- Oversee complex admissions decisions, complaints, and appeals
- Ensure compliance with UKVI, GDPR, CMA, and internal regulations
- Drive process improvements and service enhancements
- Deliver training on admissions processes and systems
- Collaborate with faculties, recruitment, CAS operations, and student services
