A fascinating specialist Higher Education provider in London needs a highly capable HR Partner to join them for a 6 month HR Partner role. In this role your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the leadership team and managers with change management
- Supporting strategic projects and policy development
- Creating, developing and delivering processes, initiatives and projects to achieve objectives
- Supporting, coaching and giving advice to managers
- Conducting investigations, grievance, disciplinary and complaints procedures
- Partnering with departments to support their needs, address risks and enable their development
- Facilitating the resolution of workplace concerns and conflict
- Delivering the departmental strategy in line with the organisational mission and vision
- Providing extra resource in the team
- Supporting the other HRPs and HR Management team with day to day work as needed
Experience needed:
- Higher Education experience
- Employee relations experience supporting end to end
- Experience advising on people management matters, conducting investigations, grievance and disciplinary procedures
- Business as usual support experience with the ability to run projects autonomously and also work collaboratively
