A leading professional services firm in the property and construction sector is seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Non‑Executive Chairman. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA looking for a hybrid role that offers flexibility, variety, and the chance to work in a respected, corporate environment.
Although offered part‑time, this role involves UK and international travel, at least three times a year, which will be full time.
Key Responsibilities- Proactive diary and inbox management for senior leadership, ensuring priorities are aligned and meetings run smoothly.
- Booking international and domestic travel, arranging meetings across timezones and preparing relevant documentation and presentations.
- Organising team meetings and corporate events – from logistics to catering and follow‑up.
- Producing and formatting reports, correspondence, and PowerPoint presentations for business development meetings.
- Taking and circulating Board minutes, tracking actions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Managing expenses, timesheets, and related approvals.
- Liaising confidently with clients, directors, and internal teams across the business.
- Supporting business development and marketing activity as needed.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong MS Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and experience of InDesign a plus.
- Exceptional communication and organisational abilities, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A flair and confidence for singlehanded delivery of events.
- Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
- Professional, discreet, and adaptable with a proactive, can‑do approach.
- Self‑starter who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.
