Job Description

Executive Assistant, £35,000, Permanent, Central London

An internationally respected organisation that operates across multiple creative channels is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its senior leadership team. The organisation develops and delivers original work which delights audiences around the world.

In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality executive support while also contributing to the development process, helping ensure day-to-day creative milestones are met and projects continue to move forward smoothly.

What you’ll do

  • Manage diaries, meetings, travel, and hospitality for senior leaders.
  • Prepare board meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
  • Draft and proofread professional correspondence.
  • Support creative projects: schedule meetings, track progress, and liaise with collaborators.
  • Handle financial admin, including expenses, petty cash, and budgets.
  • Be the friendly first point of contact for visitors, calls, and emails.
