Luxury British well-established handbag and clothing brand is looking for an E-commerce Executive. This brand is known for timeless design, exceptional craftsmanship, and first-class service. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, and working closely with the CEO and Founder, you will help to consolidate their Marketing offering and ensure National and International Operations are running smoothly and aligned with the brand. You will bring luxury fashion experience, a refined brand eye and a proven ability to scale e-commerce within a luxury or premium environment. Benefits include private healthcare.
You will have an appreciation for luxury craftsmanship, be highly detail-oriented with elevated brand sensitivity, and be comfortable operating as part of a small and dedicated team. If you have experience in global luxury markets (US, Europe, Middle East) that would be an advantage, as would Shopify or equivalent expertise. Experience launching in new regions or international sites would be very useful.
Responsibilities will include:
- Driving online revenue, and delivering a seamless digital customer experience
- Under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and digital agency, owning day-to-day website management and trading execution
- Using competitor analysis, developing layout amendments and elevated site merchandising to ensure the UX and presentation are of the highest luxury retail standard
- Partnering with developers for Conversion Rate Optimisation, site enhancements, bespoke luxury features and mobile excellence
- Ensuring conversion and Average Order Value are maximised without compromising the quality of the brand
- Updating website in line with global online trading calendar - product launches, capsule collections and seasonal updates
- Working with SEO/GEO/AI SEO agency to ensure we are delivering strong brand awareness with storytelling content
- Delivering monthly performance reporting
- Analysing customer cohorts, acquisition channels, and lifetime value
- Overseeing CRM and ensuring segmentation is maintained to assist with email marketing
Ideally, you will have:
- 2–3 years in luxury or premium fashion e-commerce and digital marketing
- Proven success in helping to scale online revenue for a luxury brand
- Experience managing website content and development
- Good understanding of omnichannel luxury retail
- Strong analytics capability (GA4, Shopify or equivalent)
- Refined brand and visual presentation sensibility
- CRM, retention, and clienteling experience
- SEO and luxury content strategy knowledge
- UX/CRO optimisation experience
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise
