About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Data temp to support a high-profile campaign to support the run up to a global conference in Germany this September. This is a crucial role that sits at the heart of an energetic, people-focused campaign team. You’ll be managing large data sets that drive pre-conference outreach, helping our client match senior delegates with the right clients for high-value, one-to-one meetings during the event.
If you’re confident using Excel, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy being surrounded by communicative, high-energy colleagues, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large, complex Excel spreadsheets central to multiple campaign workflows
- Prepare and clean data for agent and client use, including de-duplication of delegate lists
- Track new delegate registrations and identify relevant updates from weekly registration files
- Maintain and update master campaign spreadsheets with real-time accuracy
- Apply business logic to datasets – e.g., filtering based on region, job role, or client priorities
- Collaborate with the campaign team to ensure the right data reaches the right people at the right time
Required Skills & Experience
- Advanced Excel skills – including filters, formulas, pivot tables, and conditional logic
- Strong attention to detail – errors in the data often aren’t visible until much later
- Logical thinker – able to interpret briefings and translate them into accurate data outputs
- Experience in deadline-driven, fast-moving environments
- Comfortable in a lively, collaborative workplace – you’ll be surrounded by communicators and creatives
Why This Role Matters
Data accuracy powers the entire campaign. If it’s wrong, agents will be talking to the wrong people about the wrong things – wasting time and opportunities. Your job is to keep the campaign engine running smoothly with clean, timely, and precise data.
