Senior Client Services Administrator with Italian, Private Wealth Investment Company, Permanent, £32,000-£40,000. Established, independent Trust and Corporate Services Provider, which also provides accounting and tax services to Private Clients is looking for a Senior Client Services Administrator in the Corporate and Fiduciary Client Services team, ideally Italian speaking. This is a full time and permanent position based in London.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of clients (including corporate entities, trusts and foundations).
  • Ensure statutory compliance is met and provide outstanding client service.
  • Act as first point of contact for clients, building and maintaining a relationship with them, providing support and a high level of client service.
  • Set up legal entities.
  • Maintain company files and statutory records.
  • Ensure all activities are compliant with relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
  • Keep updated with regulatory and statutory changes.
  • Prepare invoices, payments, contracts, and any other documentation.
  • Keep all financial records up to date, liaising with the accounting team.
  • Liaise with third parties such as accountants/auditors, legal advisors and bankers to enable the efficient management of the clients’ activities.

You will have:

  • Ideally a university degree in Economics, Finance, Law or a professional equivalent (e.g. STEP, ICSA).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working within the Trust and Corporate Service Provider (TCSP) industry.
  • Client service experience.
  • Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Good working knowledge of software applications commonly used by TCSPs.
  • Fluent English and, ideally, Italian.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Methodical and organised.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with good interpersonal skills.
  • Professional integrity and a positive attitude.
  • Strong, motivated team player.
  • Client driven and commercially aware.
  • Can work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Strong work ethic and a flexible attitude to work.
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritise and observe strict deadlines.
