Successful and friendly Interior and Construction specialists are looking for a positive and highly proactive Sales Administrator. This is a great permanent role and a real opportunity to play a key role in the success of the team and company. Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm and you will work from their office in the City of London Monday to Friday. Benefits include pension, healthcare, quarterly staff social events, 25 days holiday and bonus. This company prides itself on a very positive working environment with a welcoming team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management, organising travel, coordinating internal processes
  • Maintaining records, ensuring all CRM data inputting is kept up to date and accurate
  • Administrative support to the sales team
  • Update the CRM system, ensuring all client and sales data is accurate
  • Prepare sales documents, reports, presentations, and proposals as required
  • Liaise with internal departments and external clients to support the sales process
  • Assist with supporting sales events – for example charity golf days etc
  • Ensure all documentation is organised, filed, and easily accessible
  • Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed

Experience and skills needed:

  • Highly organised with strong administrative skills
  • Experience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Support, or similar role
  • Strong diary management and scheduling experience
  • Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer/sales records
  • Zoho experience useful but could also have used Salesforce, Hubspot or similar
  • Confident Excel user
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, and Outlook (need to be very confident using Excel)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and professional
  • Good at multi-tasking and can work with a high level of accuracy
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
