The predicted salary is between 13 - 18 Β£ per hour.

A leading London-based organisation requires a PA to support 2 Deputy Directors. This is a hybrid temporary role for 4-6 weeks initially with a possible extension, offering Β£18 p/h plus holiday pay. This opportunity will suit those not seeking a permanent role, as it could become a long-term booking.

Duties will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for the Deputy Directors
  • Managing diaries and correspondence
  • Dealing with external stakeholders and internal staff
  • Secretariat meeting duties - room bookings, drafting agendas, coordinating, and circulating papers
  • Some minute taking
  • Following up actions and keeping updated action logs, as required
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Day-to-day financial support e.g. raising purchase orders and processing invoices
  • High quality, accurate and well-presented word processing of letters, minutes, papers and reports
  • Developing effective relationships and liaising with colleagues and external partners

Skills and experience:

  • At least two years consistent PA experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
