Our client, a renowned architectural firm based in Bristol, requires a Team / Recruitment Coordinator to provide first class support to project leaders and project teams. This is a permanent full time role working 9-6, in the office 4 days per week and working from home 1 day per week.
The position is responsible for providing first class support as well as coordinating meetings and general operational support, alongside end-to-end recruitment coordination. This role will work closely with Project Teams, Team Coordinators, the HR Department, hiring managers and individual employees. You will liaise with the London teams in addition to the teams in Bristol.
The main Team Coordinator duties are:
- Management of diaries for the Architects
- Inbox management for the Director
- Acting as first point of contact
- Arranging meetings, booking venues, refreshments, and equipment
- Creating and formatting project-related correspondence including letters, memos, minutes, reports, agendas and certificates
- Assist project teams with reports, bids, presentations, and design documentation, including formatting, proof-reading, and sourcing project information
