This is a standalone role to start asap and will be until March 2027 with a possible extension. This is a hybrid working role, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Responsibilities will include: providing dedicated interim recruitment capacity for a defined project, delivering to time, cost and quality managing a large caseload of concurrent vacancies end to end, from approval through advertising, sourcing and selection to offer and onboarding acting first point of contact for managers, recruitment agencies and advertisers drafting and placing adverts on careers sites, job boards and other channels managing costs and the flow of information sourcing candidates directly through LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, talent pools and professional networks screening and shortlisting applications planning and running selection activity, including assessment centres coordinating interviews – panels, invitations, rooms, tests and reasonable adjustments delivering a smooth onboarding experience for candida...
