This is a part-time, remote position for a Home-Based Sales role, operating under a commission-only structure. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential customers
- Engaging in customer relationship management
- Conducting product demonstrations
- Closing sales
The role requires the ability to work independently and proactively manage your time to meet sales targets and objectives. You must be self-motivated and fully responsible for generating your own sales leads, contacting potential customers and business partners, and providing good customer service.
Tasks include phone calls and scheduling virtual meetings with prospective clients and team members, initially working together with Val as part of our training scheme. The role includes training and working with a team. Full help, support and training plus all important encouragement is provided on an ongoing basis.
Qualifications:
- MUST LIVE IN UK AND HAVE UK BANK ACCOUNT - NO STUDENT VISAS
- VERY IMPORTANT - YOU MUST BE COACHABLE
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven sales experience helpful but not required; in some cases de-skilling may be required
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Self-Motivation and Time Management skills to work in a remote, commission-based environment
- Outstanding Communication and Presentation skills to effectively convey product value to potential customers
- Access to a reliable computer, internet connection, and other necessary tools for remote working
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Willing to learn and follow success systems (be coachable)
- Good work ethic will help you to be successful
