You will have strong post-qualification experience, and a solid general practice background, covering accounts, tax and advisory for OMB's/SME's.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the partner, working towards involvement in business strategy and decision making once established in the role
  • Training and mentoring junior staff members and review of work produced by the team
  • Client management and relationship building with established and new clients
  • Workflow management, ensuring accounts and tax returns are produced to a high-standard, in a timely manner and to budget
  • An interest in business development and networking would be beneficial
  • Contribute to process improvement, technology adaption and quality standards

Benefits:

You will be joining an independent, owner-managed practice, where decisions are made locally and quickly. You will take on a key position in the business, with genuine scope for partnership.
