A well-established accountancy practice in central Liverpool is seeking an experienced tax professional to join their tax team. This role will suit either a mixed tax senior (or semi-senior), or a general practice senior (or semi-senior), keen to specialise and develop their career within taxation. This role offers the chance to advance your career in taxation within a supportive and dynamic environment. Study support for ATT and CTA qualifications is available, alongside the possibility of flexible or part-time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Tax Compliance
- Prepare and review personal tax returns
- Manage client relationships and provide timely advice
- Ensure compliance with current tax legislation
- Corporate Tax Compliance
- Prepare and review corporate tax returns
- Assist with tax planning and advisory services
- Support the Tax Manager with complex tax issues
- Adhoc Advisory
- Provide tax advisory services as required
- Identify tax planning opportunities
- Collaborate with the Tax Manager on special projects
Experience Required:
- ATT or CTA qualified or part-qualified
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of both personal and ideally corporate tax
