The Corporate Finance Executive role is a full‑time position based in the Manchester office, joining a growing corporate finance department. The Corporate Finance Executive will work closely with experienced advisers across a wide variety of projects, helping deliver lead advisory services on acquisitions and disposals, financial due diligence, modelling, fundraising and refinancing, valuations and other general corporate finance assignments. Responsibilities:
- Preparing financial analysis to support transactions, due diligence and valuations
- Building buyer and target lists for acquisitions and disposals
- Buyer/target contacting and follow‑up activity
- Drafting business valuation calculations and supporting reports
- Drafting information memoranda and funding proposals
- Using financial modelling for scenario/sensitivity testing and transaction support
- Managing data room uploads and supporting information preparation
- Preparing pitch documents for new work and business development
- Issuing and managing NDAs
- Liaising with external advisers e.g. lawyers, accountants and other specialists as required
- Supporting client onboarding processes, engagement letters, AML and other compliance tasks
- Attending seminars and networking events
- Taking ownership of workstreams and delivering to deadlines
