Audit Assistant Manager – Key Responsibilities

Lead On-Site Audits

Implement agreed plans through to completion.

Coordinate on-site resources and allocate tasks.

Ensure adherence to auditing standards.

Audit Quality

Ensure compliance with company practice and auditing standards.

Review and support audit juniors in their development.

Document and report on audit findings.

Client Relationships

Develop and maintain good client relationships.

Adapt approach and communication to ensure client satisfaction.

Work with other teams to ensure a great client experience.

Team Support

Mentor and guide junior team members.

Audit Assistant Manager – Experience Required

Qualified Accountant: ACCA/ACA or equivalent qualification.

Proven experience in audit and accounts.

Familiarity with risk assessment and control measures.
