Vaisto Recruitment is partnering with a well-established, independent practice based in Wrexham, in the search for a Partner designate. The firm offers the stability, client base and technical depth you'd expect from a mature firm, but with the autonomy, influence and work-life balance that are increasingly hard to find in larger, more corporate environments. You will be joining as a senior, client-facing leader, with a clear succession plan. This is a rare opportunity to move from Manager/Senior Manager into a true partner designate position, without having to bring a client following, or build a client base from scratch. You will have strong post-qualification experience, and a solid general practice background, covering accounts, tax and advisory for OMB's/SME's.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the partner, working towards involvement in business strategy and decision making once established in the role
- Training and mentoring junior staff members and review of work produced by the team
- Client management and relationship building with established and new clients
- Workflow management, ensuring accounts and tax returns are produced efficiently
