We are urgently recruiting experienced Reach Truck Drivers (FLT Operators) for an immediate start at a leading manufacturing and distribution facility in Belper, Derbyshire. Shift Pattern (Afternoons Only)
- Monday - Thursday: 14:30 - 23:00
- Friday: 12:00 - 18:00

Key Responsibilities - Reach Truck Driver / FLT Operator
- Safely operate a Reach Truck (FLT) in a fast-paced warehouse
- Load, unload, and move stock within the facility
- Supply production lines with materials (line feeding)
- Conduct pre-use equipment checks and report defects
- Maintain strict adherence to health & safety procedures
- Assist with stock control, replenishment, and inventory movement
- Support production changeovers
- Carry out general warehouse duties when required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
Requirements
- A valid Reach Truck Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, NPORS or equivalent)
- Minimum 12 months Reach Truck / FLT experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse health & safety practices
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments
- High attention to detail and a safety-first approach
- Reliability and commitment to long-term work
