We are recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation in Belper. This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking stable work, excellent pay, and long-term opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
  • Operating baler - training provided
  • Load and unload vehicles and deliveries
  • Move, store, and replenish stock within the warehouse
  • Support goods-in and goods-out operations
  • Carry out daily FLT safety checks
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as required
  • Follow health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements

  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent)
  • Previous FLT / Warehouse experience
  • Good understanding of warehouse safety standards
  • Reliable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team

Pay Rates

  • Day Shift: £14.54 per hour
  • Afternoon Shift: £16.50 per hour
  • Night Shift: £17.54 per hour

Shift Patterns

  • Day Shift Mon-Thu: 06:00-14:30, Fri: 06:00-12:00
  • Afternoon Shift Mon-Thu: 14:30-23:00, Fri: 12:00-18:00
  • Night Shift Sun: 20:30-06:00, Mon-Thu: 23:00-06:00
