We are actively recruiting skilled Reach Truck Drivers / FLT Operators for an immediate start at a leading warehouse and manufacturing facility based in Belper, Derbyshire. PAY - REACH TRUCK DRIVER (FLT)
- £15.12 per hour - Day shift
- £17.00 per hour - Afternoon shift
- Overtime available at enhanced rates
- Weekly pay
SHIFT PATTERN (ROTATING OR FIXED SHIFTS AVAILABLE)
- Monday - Thursday: 06:00 - 14:30 (Days), 14:30 - 23:00 (Afternoons)
- Friday: 06:00 - 12:00, 12:00 - 18:00
Full-time, ongoing hours with a weekly rotating shift pattern available.
KEY DUTIES - REACH TRUCK DRIVER / FLT OPERATOR
- Operating a Reach Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment
- Adhering to all site health & safety procedures and policies
- Performing pre-use FLT checks and reporting faults or defects
- Line feeding production areas with materials and stock
- Loading, unloading, and relocating goods within the warehouse
- Assisting with stock control, replenishment, and goods movement
- Supporting production with changeovers and material supply
- Completing general warehouse operative duties as required
- Manual handling tasks in line with safety guidelines
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and organised
REQUIREMENTS
- A valid Reach Truck Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, NPORS or equivalent)
- At least 12 months' experience operating a Reach Truck / FLT
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety and forklift operations
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
- Background in similar roles such as FLT Driver, Forklift Operator, Reach Driver, or Warehouse Operative
- Flexibility to work rotating or fixed shifts
- Good attention to detail and a strong safety-first mindset
