What we achieve together
Reporting to the Head of Indirect Purchasing in Germany, you will be based at our Industrial site in Belper, working as part of an international purchasing organization, creating and managing a commodity strategy with an international supplier base for suppliers with local responsibility. In this role you will support the other Group Commodity Buyers in the development and monitoring of their supplier strategies. Meet cost savings targets and deliver financial benefits. Continual monitoring and improvement of supplier and purchasing KPIs. Responsibility for pre contract, contract negotiations and contract management for indirect materials, services and investment goods. Areas of spend will include a diverse range of goods and services which will include Engineering, IT services, utilities, investment goods and consumables and Marketing.
