What we achieve together

Your responsibilities will include developing, owning and continuously improving service propositions that create clear value for customers, installers and partners, working closely with cross functional teams across the Vaillant Group. You will become the voice of the customer, representing pre sales, installation, usage and aftersales needs to shape service concepts that elevate the homeowner experience. After analysing and evaluating business requirements, you translate them into operational workflows, use cases and clear product requirements to support early-stage product development. Together with our international market organisations, you will conduct deep market and competitor analysis, prepare business cases and confidently present data driven insights to leadership, sales and marketing stakeholders. By collaborating with strategic partners, installer networks and internal experts, you ensure that service propositions are feasible, scalable and aligned with emerging policies, subsidies and technology trends. You take ownership of service product KPIs such as conversion rates, customer satisfaction and churn, driving continuous improvements and supporting enablement activities with documentation and training.

You bring solid expertise in product management or growth driven marketing, ideally with exposure to customer centric digital or service products. You have demonstrated success identifying business opportunities, transforming insights into tangible service offerings and navigating dynamic, ambiguous environments with confidence. You combine strong analytical capabilities with technical understanding, are familiar with software ecosystems such as Adobe, Salesforce or Hybris and are comfortable presenting compelling business cases. Experience in Heating or HVAC environments, insurance related products or financial conduct regulated offerings would be beneficial. You thrive in fast paced environment, enjoy challenging the status quo, take ownership naturally, communicate clearly and maintain a positive, solution oriented mindset. You enjoy working with cross functional teams, can balance diverse stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships across markets and functions.
