By applying your technical expertise, you handle complex and unusual cases, providing clear solutions and guidance that strengthen trust in our pension services. You take ownership of key annual activities, such as the pension increase exercise, ensuring smooth, compliant and efficient end-to-end delivery. Together with internal and external partners, you contribute to projects such as scheme valuation, audit preparation and member communications, helping to continuously improve our pension offering. In collaboration with the wider team, trustees and service providers, you actively support governance processes and employee engagement initiatives around retirement planning.

You bring a solid foundation in pension administration, ideally with relevant certifications or a strong commitment to continuous professional development. You have extensive experience in Defined Benefit pension schemes and a good understanding of Defined Contribution arrangements, ideally gained in a comparable in-house or 3rd party administration environment. You demonstrate strong technical expertise in pension calculations, annual scheme exercises and quality assurance, combined with excellent attention to detail and system proficiency. Experience with pensioner payroll, audit processes or governance activities would be a valuable addition to your profile.
