What we achieve together

  • You will drive cross-functional initiatives to improve key performance indicators such as production efficiency, quality, and scrap reduction.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing engineering change requests and ensuring smooth transitions from design to production.
  • You will lead and implement IT-based production improvement projects across the site.
  • By supporting electro-pneumatic test equipment, you will help maintain high standards in product testing and reliability.
  • Together with NPI engineers, you will integrate new products into existing and new production lines.
  • You will present and manage production data across various levels of the organisation, contributing to data-driven decision-making.

What makes us successful together

  • You hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Candidates with HNC and relevant experience are also welcome.
  • You have experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a similar engineering role.
  • You are familiar with automated assembly systems and production IT tools. You apply structured problem-solving methods such as A3 or 8D and make decisions based on robust data analysis.
  • Experience with electro-pneumatic systems and cross-site engineering collaboration is a plus.
  • You are proactive, collaborative, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Your interpersonal skills enable you to work effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • You are confident in communicating across teams, both verbally and in writing. Your ability to convey technical information clearly supports collaboration and decision-making.
