You will drive cross-functional initiatives to improve key performance indicators such as production efficiency, quality, and scrap reduction. Your responsibilities will include managing engineering change requests and ensuring smooth transitions from design to production. You will lead and implement IT-based production improvement projects across the site. By supporting electro-pneumatic test equipment, you will help maintain high standards in product testing and reliability. Together with NPI engineers, you will integrate new products into existing and new production lines. You will present and manage production data across various levels of the organisation, contributing to data-driven decision-making.

- You hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Candidates with HNC and relevant experience are also welcome.
- You have experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a similar engineering role.
- You are familiar with automated assembly systems and production IT tools.
- You apply structured problem-solving methods such as A3 or 8D and make decisions based on robust data analysis.
- Experience with electro-pneumatic systems and cross-site engineering collaboration is a plus.
