Responsibilities
- Provide multi-skilled engineering and maintenance cover across the facility, working on various machines throughout the Belper Plant from automated presses to robot arms.
- Complete all routine maintenance as per the agreed site plan.
- Repair and maintain plant equipment, ensuring faults are identified quickly and production downtime minimised.
- Record all work accurately for compliance and audit purposes.
- Participate in proactive improvement projects to solve complex problems.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a multi-skilled engineer essential.
- Proven track record in a fast-paced production environment.
- Conversant with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and knowledge of robots desirable.
- Experience with a Computerised Maintenance Management system (CMMS) essential.
- Proactive, can-do attitude and flexible approach to working hours.
