- Own and shape VGUK’s local marketing strategy in line with global Vaillant Group objectives; set ambitious targets and be transparent on progress to accelerate impact.
- Ensure the delivery of integrated PR and marketing campaigns across digital, print and social; data-driven, experimental and ROI-optimised with rapid iteration.
- Manage the marketing budget and resources, prioritising strategic bets and delivering measurable performance against plan.
- Ensure proactive governance and compliance across all marketing activities.
- Successfully represent the views and positions of VGUK to trade associations, government bodies, customers and other third parties.
- Ensure clarity of communication and strive to achieve the best possible outcomes to support the overall objectives of VGUK.
- Foster a customer-centric culture of collaboration, ownership, and transparency to enable the department to be a transformational enabler across all areas of the business.
