Reporting to the Field Service Manager, you will carry out servicing and repairs on Vaillant Group brand products. This role will include fault finding on breakdown call outs and system work repairs, providing customer service excellence at every opportunity. You will work towards KPI’s to support our Sales Department and follow procedures and processes set by Field Service while supporting Field Sales Initiatives.
All activities above will be supported by a well-established team of Operational Support Technicians and the training department.
