What we achieve together
- Carry out day to day audits of both Facilities Management & Health and Safety across all sites and control our internal booking systems.
- Monitor and arrange for all Facilities Management task requests to be completed on time, collating and updating Health and Safety data from all sites.
- Complete and check contractor work permits and collate and update all statutory compliance documents.
- Provide best in class customer service to all stakeholders and colleagues across the business by maintaining an up to date working knowledge of Health and Safety requirements and changes.
- Provide support and regular status updates to the Head of Facilities and Health and Safety Manager.
- Assist in the development and implementation of planned and reactive Facilities Management strategies across all service lines, M&E, building fabric, security and cleaning services.
