In your role as External Fulfilment Lead, you will act as the primary partner for commercial training and capability development, translating business priorities into impactful learning journeys that support organisational success. Working closely with Sales, Partnerships and customer-facing teams, you will identify capability gaps, prioritise learning needs and ensure that business objectives are transformed into effective development solutions. Together with Training Development, Training Delivery and Customer Excellence teams, you will continuously improve commercial learning journeys, ensuring alignment, consistency and a seamless learner experience. Your responsibilities will include governing end-to-end training programmes, ensuring that content, delivery and learning outcomes support strategic objectives, customer excellence and regulatory requirements. By building strong relationships with senior leaders, subject matter experts and key stakeholders, you will foster shared accountability for capability development and drive measurable performance improvements. You will oversee quality standards, risk management and compliance processes, ensuring that all learning solutions are scalable, effective and deliver long-term value to the business.
What makes us successful together
You hold a qualification in Learning & Development, Business, Organisational Development or a related field, enabling you to bring a structured and strategic approach to capability building. You have substantial experience within Learning & Development, Commercial Enablement or Training Management, including responsibility for designing and governing end-to-end learning programmes. Your expertise includes stakeholder management, performance consulting, learning governance, project management and the ability to translate business strategy into practical and measurable learning solutions. Ideally, you have gained experience working with commercial functions such as Sales, Partnerships or Customer Excellence and are comfortable collaborating with trainers, subject matter experts and content development teams. You are an influential relationship builder with excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders while driving alignment across multiple teams.
