Reporting to the Field Service Manager, you will carry out servicing and repairs on Vaillant Group brand products. This role will include fault finding on breakdown call outs and system work repairs. Providing customer service excellence at every opportunity. Working towards KPIs to support our Sales Department. Following procedures and processes set by Field Service and supporting Field Sales initiatives. All activities above will be supported by a well-established team of Operational Support Technicians and training department.
The successful candidate will hold CCN1, HTR1, CENWAT1 & LPG ACS gas certificates and preferably live locally to the area. Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role. A high level of technical knowledge of the domestic gas range of group products and effective communications and IT skills are required. An extremely flexible and adaptable approach is necessary to ensure our customer's expectations are exceeded. This position requires a highly motivated individual from a field engineering background, whose knowledge and ability to understand and balance customer expectations with stakeholder needs will result in customer service excellence. The candidate must have an interest in growing their skills and knowledge to carry out work on any developing future technologies such as renewable and commercial products.
