You create a welcoming and professional first point of contact, ensuring every visitor feels valued and well cared for from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities include supporting local and national training initiatives, ensuring bookings, materials and logistics run smoothly and efficiently. Together with sales representatives, installers and trainers, you help maximize attendance by actively managing bookings, following up on confirmations and reducing no-shows. By maintaining accurate data across systems such as CRM tools and internal trackers, you ensure reliable reporting and seamless coordination of all training activities. You support the daily operations of the training centre by anticipating needs, resolving issues proactively and contributing to a structured, high-quality customer experience. In close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you act as a central communication hub, ensuring clear, timely and professional information flow.

You bring a solid educational background and ideally initial training in administration or a comparable field that supports structured and customer-focused work. You have gained experience in a reception, front-of-house or customer-facing role and are confident managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You work confidently with digital tools such as Outlook, Excel and CRM systems, and you demonstrate strong organisational skills combined with excellent attention to detail. Experience with Salesforce or similar systems, as well as exposure to training or event coordination, will support your fast integration into the role. With your positive, solution-oriented attitude, you communicate clearly and professionally, enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering high-quality results together with your team.
