In your role as Contract Analyst, you will take ownership of maintaining accurate contract forecasts, ensuring reliable accruals, reporting accuracy and effective business planning. Working closely with Sales and Claims teams, you will validate claims against contractual agreements, helping to ensure compliance, consistency and timely resolution of customer queries. Your responsibilities will include identifying, investigating and resolving contract discrepancies, contributing to operational excellence and positive customer experiences.

Together with commercial stakeholders, you will maintain and develop the merchant contract database, ensuring contractual information is accurate, up to date and effectively communicated to partners. By coordinating the annual contract creation process, you will ensure contracts are onboarded efficiently, documented correctly and made available within the Partner Portal. You will manage contract and user administration within the Partner Portal while producing meaningful reports that support compliance, transparency and informed decision-making.

You hold a recognised professional qualification in business, commercial administration, finance or a related discipline, or you have gained equivalent knowledge through relevant professional experience. You have experience working with contracts, reporting, forecasting, data management or a similar analytical and commercially focused environment. You demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, supported by experience with customer relationship management or contract management systems. Exposure to claims validation, pricing, sales support or commercial contract administration would be beneficial in helping you make an immediate impact. You are proactive, highly organised and motivated by solving problems, while building strong relationships across teams and managing multiple priorities effectively. You are confident working with business systems, databases and online platforms, using technology to maintain data accuracy, generate reports and support efficient contract administration.
