What we achieve together:

Working as a member of the maintenance team, you will provide multi-skilled engineering and maintenance cover across the facility, working on various machines throughout the Belper Plant, from automated presses through to robot arms. Duties will include:

  • Completion of all routine maintenance in line with the agreed site plan.
  • Repairing and maintaining the plant and its equipment, ensuring faults are identified quickly and production downtime is minimised.
  • Accurate recording of all work undertaken for compliance and audit purposes.
  • Ensuring all duties are undertaken in line with current health and safety legislation.
  • Taking part in proactive improvement projects to solve complex problems.

Previous experience as a multi-skilled engineer is essential. A proven track record working within a fast-paced production environment is important. Conversant with Programmable Logic Controllers and knowledge of robots would be desirable. Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management reporting system is essential. Candidates must have a proactive and can-do attitude to work and a flexible approach to working hours.
