Responsibilities

  • Build and manage long-term partner relationships, acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day engagement and escalation.
  • Source, recruit, and onboard new partners through networking, pitching, and targeted outreach, including CSR-aligned partnerships.
  • Support and participate in commercial and non-commercial contract negotiations (e.g. lead sharing, incentives, SLAs, tiered support).
  • Plan and deliver partner events, training days, roadshows, fundraising activities, and industry events to generate awareness.
  • Design and deliver co-marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, webinars, content, and showroom/demo days.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Service and Legal to design and execute joint initiatives that create measurable value for partners and Vaillant.
  • Monitor partner performance, run regular reviews, and implement improvement plans where required.
  • Ensure all partnerships comply with UK law, industry regulations, data protection (UK GDPR), and contractual obligations.
  • Provide administrative and operational support including reporting, purchase orders, budget tracking etc.

Qualifications

  • A degree or equivalent qualification ideally in business, marketing or a related field is advantageous.
  • Relevant experience in partnership management, business development or key account management, preferably in a complex or cross functional environment.
  • Strong commercial understanding, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a structured and results oriented way.
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce and exposure to joint marketing or sponsorship activities would be an advantage.
  • Relationship building strength, empathy and resilience, combined with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), with the ability to produce clear, accurate documentation and presentations.
