What We Achieve Together
Reporting to the Field Service Manager, you will carry out Servicing and Repairs on Vaillant Group brand products. This role will include fault finding on breakdown call outs and system work repairs, providing Customer Service Excellence at every opportunity. You will work towards KPI’s to support our Sales Department and follow procedures and processes set by Field Service while supporting Field Sales Initiatives. All activities above will be supported by a well-established team of Operational Support Technicians and the training department.

Experience working with Heat Pump products is advantageous, along with a strong interest in developing skills and knowledge to support future technologies such as Renewable and Commercial products. The successful candidate will hold FGas certification, CCN1, HTR1, CENWAT1 & LPG ACS gas certificates and preferably live locally to the area. Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role. A high level of technical knowledge of the domestic gas range of group products and effective communications and IT skills are required. An extremely flexible and adaptable approach is necessary to ensure our customer’s expectations are exceeded. This position requires a highly motivated individual from a field engineering background, whose knowledge and ability to understand and balance customer expectations with stakeholder needs will result in customer service excellence.
