The predicted salary is between 18000 - 25000 ÂŁ per year.
Your responsibilities will include supporting and managing mobile devices, particularly iOS equipment, while ensuring all devices comply with Vaillant Group mobile policies and enrolment standards.
You will take ownership of the PC hardware lifecycle, coordinating deployments, replacements and new starter equipment to ensure colleagues receive reliable, wellâprepared tools.
Together with colleagues across all departments, you are providing firstâline support, resolving user issues, analysing problems thoroughly and escalating to expert teams when appropriate.
By coordinating technical troubleshooting activities, you help ensure smooth operations, minimise downtime and create positive technology experiences for all users.
After analysing and evaluating user needs, you will contribute to small project tasks within hardware rollout and configuration topics.
By adhering to corporate governance requirements, you help ensure compliance and operational excellence across all IT support processes.

- GCSE Maths and English Language at a grade 4 level or equivalent are required for this role, further additional qualifications in an IT related field are advantageous.
