  • In your role as Internal Fulfilment Lead, you will act as the key liaison between the Training function and internal business areas, ensuring learning priorities support operational goals and organisational success.
  • Working closely with leaders and stakeholders across the organisation, you will identify capability gaps, conduct learning needs analysis and translate performance challenges into structured learning solutions with measurable outcomes.
  • Together with the Head of Training and the wider Training Leadership Team, you will define, govern and continuously improve end-to-end learning journeys that support onboarding, compliance, progression and ongoing professional development.
  • Your responsibilities will include building trusted relationships across leadership teams, frontline management and cross-functional departments, ensuring effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement throughout the learning lifecycle.
  • By monitoring training effectiveness, business performance indicators and capability metrics, you will provide valuable insights that drive continuous improvement and support long-term workforce capability growth.
  • You will oversee learning governance, quality standards and risk management activities, ensuring that learning solutions remain compliant, effective and aligned with organisational requirements.

  • You hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Learning & Development, Business, or a related discipline, providing a solid foundation for capability development and business partnership.
  • You have proven experience within Learning & Development, Training, Capability Development or Learning Business Partner roles, ideally gained in a complex operational or service-led environment.
  • Your expertise includes training needs analysis, learning journey design, stakeholder management and translating business requirements into impactful learning solutions that improve performance and capability.
  • Experience supporting service operations, technical environments, contact centres, field-based teams or other customer-focused functions would be advantageous.
  • You possess a strong understanding of learning design principles, compliance requirements, governance frameworks and the use of operational and performance data to inform decision-making.
  • Your communication, influencing and relationship-building skills enable you to engage stakeholders at all levels, manage competing priorities and drive meaningful organisational change through learning.
