- Reporting to the Field Service Manager, you will carry out Servicing and Repairs on Vaillant Group brand products.
- This role will include fault finding on breakdown call outs and system work repairs.
- Providing Customer Service Excellence at every opportunity.
- Working towards KPI’s to support our Sales Department.
- Following procedures and processes set by Field Service and support Field Sales Initiatives.
- All activities above will be supported by a well‑established team of Operational Support Technicians and training department.

- The successful candidate will hold CCN1, HTR1, CENWAT1 & LPG ACS gas certificates and preferably in postcode area BH.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role.
- A high level of technical knowledge of the domestic gas range of group products and have effective communications and IT skills.
- An extremely flexible and adaptable approach is required to ensure our customer’s expectations are exceeded.
- This position requires a highly motivated individual from a field engineering background, whose knowledge and ability to understand and balance customer expectations with stakeholder needs will result in customer service excellence.
- The candidate must have an interest to grow their skills and knowledge to carry out work on any developing future technologies such as Renewable and Commercial products.
