  • In your role as Contract Analyst, you will take ownership of maintaining accurate contract forecasts, ensuring reliable accruals, reporting accuracy and effective business planning.
  • Working closely with Sales and Claims teams, you will validate claims against contractual agreements, helping to ensure compliance, consistency and timely resolution of customer queries.
  • Your responsibilities will include identifying, investigating and resolving contract discrepancies, contributing to operational excellence and positive customer experiences.
  • Together with commercial stakeholders, you will maintain and develop the merchant contract database, ensuring contractual information is accurate, up to date and effectively communicated to partners.
  • By coordinating the annual contract creation process, you will ensure contracts are onboarded efficiently, documented correctly and made available within the Partner Portal.
  • You will manage contract and user administration within the Partner Portal while producing meaningful reports that support compliance, transparency and informed decision-making.
  • What Makes Us Successful Together
  • You hold a recognised professional qualification in business, commercial administration, finance or a related discipline, or you have gained equivalent knowledge through relevant professional experience.
  • You have experience working with contracts, reporting, forecasting, data management or a similar analytical and commercially focused environment.
  • You demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, supported by experience with customer relationship management or contract management systems.
  • Exposure to claims validation, pricing, sales support or commercial contract administration would be beneficial in helping you make an immediate impact.
  • You are proactive, highly organised and motivated by solving problems, while building strong relationships across teams and managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • You are confident working with business systems, databases and online platforms, using technology to maintain data accuracy, generate reports and support efficient contract administration.
