What we achieve together

  • Lead definition and delivery of Glow-worm marketing plan, ensuring alignment with wider VGUK objectives; set targets, dashboards and transparent progress tracking.
  • Translate brand strategy into channel-specific messaging and content; enforce brand guidelines across collateral, digital, events and trade promotions.
  • Plan, execute and measure integrated offline/digital campaigns for primarily B2B audiences, including product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns; track ROI.
  • Develop channel-focused assets to support lead generation and customer education; coordinate trade shows and regional activities.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Pricing, Training and Service to align launches, lifecycle management, training materials and channel enablement; maintain collateral library.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to achieve strategic priorities.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities against budget and objectives.
