An opportunity has arisen in our London Valuation team for an experienced and highly motivated individual to become part of our successful and expanding office.

By joining our Valuation team, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to a broad range of valuation and advisory services across commercial, residential and industrial sectors.
You will be responsible for delivering accurate property valuations for sale, lease, investment, and insurance purposes, alongside preparing detailed technical reports, feasibility studies, and other relevant documentation.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensively apply the principles of Valuation for clients & colleagues
- Remain current and abreast of current legislation that applies to the RICS competencies
- Prepare reports and advice, proof-read the reports of others. You are as responsible for the end product as the originator.
- Ensure the correct use of templates, provide constructive feedback before, during and after and assist the development of colleagues in this area.
- Undertake Qualitative Audits of written documentation in line with discipline processes as required.
- Proactively and appropriately share knowledge, information and contacts both for the benefit of the wider business and to support personal and team business plans
- Secure new instructions by leading a team with both internal & external collaboration partners and becoming mostly self-sufficient.
