An opportunity has arisen in our Oxford Valuation team for an experienced and highly motivated individual to become part of our successful and expanding team. This role offers excellent career development prospects, working with a strong list of prestigious clients and instructions.
Joining our Valuation team, you will play a key role in delivering strategic advice to our client base and further expanding it. You will work closely with colleagues across disciplines to provide comprehensive property consultancy services, further enhancing your own and our reputation in the market. This is an outstanding chance to grow your expertise while shaping a market-leading career.
Involved in all aspects of Valuation, the ideal candidates will have responsibility within the team for managing their own projects and clients. Business development skills, a knowledge of the Oxfordshire market and existing bank relationships is expected. In addition, you will be expected to be an ambassador for the company, developing further client relationships and delivering the highest level of service
Accountabilities:
•Inspect and Value office, retail, industrial and residential properties and development sites
•Produce detailed valuation advice for banking, corporate and private clients
•Assist in the management of existing clients and development of new clients
•Be a key member of a growing valuation team
The ideal candidate will:
•Be a Qualified Chartered Surveyor and RICS registered Valuer
•Have a thorough understanding of and experience in the Valuation market
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
•Have a good knowledge of the Oxford/Thames Valley area and existing relationships with the Oxfordshire located banks
•Confidence in developing business opportunities and fostering client relationships.
